#OPERAKINDNESS is an initiative from I:OPERA. It starts with our KINDNESS PLEDGE, a document you can download and use at no cost, to inform and enhance your own rehearsal practice. The aim of this pledge is for it to act as an impetus for individual opera makers and organisations to take into their rehearsal rooms, to co-create their own ways of working based on agreed shared values and shared expectations of behaviour.
